This website is operated by Wonder Pencil (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Where a product is sold with a design chosen at random, the design you receive may differ from the one pictured. Age guidance shown on our products reflects the manufacturer's guidance; adult supervision is always recommended for young children.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Discounts

Automatic discounts, such as our Creative Set saving, apply as described at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Accuracy of information

We may occasionally correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, pricing or availability, even after an order has been placed.

6. Third-party links and services

Our store may include links to, or use services provided by, third parties (such as payment providers and carriers). We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Content you send us

If you send us photos or other content, for example through our Wonder Gallery form, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We will only publish content with your permission, and we never publish a child's full name.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including the Wonder Pencil name, logo, mascot, text, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products purchased from it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Wonder Pencil is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
