Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us at wonderpencil1@gmail.com and we'll let you know if we can help.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay for shipping.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipping after payment is confirmed. Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one package; you won't be charged extra for this.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information where available.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your parcel hasn't arrived by the estimated date, email us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
