Refund Policy

We want every Wonder Pencil order to arrive exactly as you hoped. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at wonderpencil1@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Items that can't be returned

• Coloring books and drawing pads that have been written, colored or drawn in
• Markers, pens and pencils that have been opened and used
• Gift cards

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get something different is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the refund.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including any right to cancel an online purchase.
